This is our story
Launched in 1992, Churches Fire & Security is a nationwide, fully integrated fire & security service provider offering fire safety and property protection solutions to all areas of the UK.
Bringing the best fire safety & security solutions to the workplace is our primary purpose. Our main goal is to provide effective and informative solutions to businesses nationwide, ensuring that all parties are safe and well informed and that life and property is protected.
Churches Fire & Security is unique in its market in that It is the only UK provider that offers a fully integrated, complete service, encompassing design, installation, service and maintenance of all equipment. This includes extinguishers, fire alarm systems, dry risers, kitchen suppression, passive protection, sprinklers, intruder alarms, cctv, access control, fire safety training and monitoring services without the need to sub-contract or outsource any area of delivery.
Whilst we work in line with all British Standards, we believe in adapting our services to suit our customers so we tailor our services to make sure that your systems provide optimum protection, and that staff, visitors and property is kept safe at all times.

Our Process

The first stage of our recruitment process will consist of an initial interview with our recruitment team. Depending on the role you are applying for and its location, this may be in person, over the telephone or via Zoom / Teams.
For support roles, this will involve discussing your CV, your background, and what you can offer our business. For Technicians, we’ll explore your technical knowledge and experience as well.

You can expect to be asked a set of questions about the skills and experience you can bring to the role, and we will tell you more about what makes Churches Fire & Security a great place to build your career. It’s important that you do some research in advance to make sure that the role and industry are right for you and you have all of the experience that the role calls for.

If you are successful following your first interview, we will invite you for a second in-person interview with your potential Manager. This will enable us to get to know you – your skills and personality.
